JURISDICTIONAL STATEMENT

These Terms and Conditions and your access to, use and browsing of the Site are governed by California law without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any claim related to the Site or these Terms and Conditions must be brought in a federal or state court in Los Angeles County, California, within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such court as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of disputes concerning this policy.

CIC controls the Site from its offices within the United States of America, and the Site is intended for use only in the United States of America. These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Submission Terms constitute the entire Agreement between CIC and you in connection with your access to, use of, submission of User Materials, or browsing in the Site, and supersede any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions, if applicable. CIC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting revised Terms and Conditions on the Site, without notice to you, and your subsequent use of the Site and/or Content is governed by the revised Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by CIC.
